Job Description
Stantec is seeking an Intermediate Cathodic Protection Engineer to join their Corrosion Prevention team. The position involves supporting projects related to Cathodic Protection, stray current mitigation, and asset integrity, and offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects across various sectors. The role requires a strong understanding of corrosion and technical writing skills.
Requirements
- Design and evaluation of CP systems and stray current mitigation.
- Deliver third party reviews of corrosion, cathodic protection, and stray current reports.
- Develop detailed designs as required.
- Perform engineering calculations and coordination of AC mitigation and cathodic protection systems.
- Field work for soil resistivity, structure potentials, and right-of-way evaluations.
