Staccato is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in an active environment.
Requirements
- Answer inbound customer support phone calls in an active environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries utilizing a service & solution approach to all interactions.
- Data entry regarding manual order entries and order edits as required.
- Manage and respond to online inquiries through Salesforce in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Company's products, services, and systems.
