Job Description
St. Luke's Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to provide exceptional care to patients, ensure compliance with managed care contracts, and manage patient accounts. The role involves face-to-face interviewing, clinical outcome achievement, and maintaining charge integrity within a revenue cycle setting.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience processing patient accounts
- Compliance with managed care contracts and CMS regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
