Job Description
This Licensed Practical Nurse position offers support to individuals with a disability and/or acute/chronic illness at a transitional care facility. The role focuses on providing hands-on nursing care, assisting with the nursing process, advocating for patient needs, and ensuring a safe work environment, emphasizing service and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Maintain Licensed Practical Nurse status in the State of Montana.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Three years’ experience related to the duties.
- Willingness to obtain a rehabilitation nursing certification within the first year of employment.
- CPR certification.
