The Dishwasher will supply guests and employees with clean and sanitized tableware, and maintain the kitchen's cleanliness.
Requirements
- Provide guests and employees with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, and glassware.
- Ensure dishes are clean and available as needed.
- Responsible for setting up dish machine in the morning and closing down machine in the evening.
- Wash tableware according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain the kitchen's cleanliness by sweeping/mopping floors, and emptying trash.
- Trouble-shoot any dish machine malfunctions.
- Inform Manager on duty of any problems and take fast action when necessary.
