The Field Service Representative/Mailroom Specialist provides exceptional office and mail services in a 'floating' capacity for positions where regular employees normally work but are out of office, or if particular projects require additional coverage.
Requirements
- 5-star customer service to all employees
- Answering all calls and providing an exceptional customer service experience
- Assisting with light facilities duties
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages
- Managing outgoing mail and package transactions
- Performing duties associated with shipping and receiving of materials
- Notifying employees upon receipt of inbound deliveries
- Distributing mail and packages to company personnel
- Assisting with office moves
- Assisting with copy/print orders and monitoring copy/print equipment
- Setting up/taking down conference rooms for meetings/events
- Proactively seeking out additional work during downtime
- Building professional relationships with customers and other teams
- Maintaining professionalism and composure when interacting with all employees
- Training back-up and providing guidance on policies and procedures
- Determining what additional support is needed when handling sensitive inquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service to client
- Providing reception or concierge coverage as needed
