Job Description
This Sales Manager role focuses on leading a sales team to acquire new customers through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of pipeline building, forecasting, outbound conversion, and team coaching. Success will be measured by consistent revenue growth and a disciplined sales execution culture.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in sales
- 3+ years of experience in managing new business acquisition teams
- Proven success in building and scaling inbound and outbound new business motions in US region
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve team revenue targets
- Strong background in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales methodologies
- Excellent coaching, leadership, and motivational skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus
- SaaS/technology industry experience preferred
