Job Description
The RN will provide nursing care according to the scope of practice and standards. This role involves utilizing the Nursing Process, documenting, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The RN will also perform delegated duties and utilize technology in care delivery.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing or compact state RN license in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Aseptic technique
- Scrub and circulating nurse skills
- Basic Dysrhythmia
- De-escalation training (preferred)
- Six (6) months of nursing experience desired for specialty areas
