Associate Director of Product, Complex Care

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Proven ability to build and scale healthcare or care-delivery technology products
• Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows in behavioral health or adjacent care settings
• Experience balancing clinical integrity, operational feasibility, and business growth
• Data-driven mindset and comfort making decisions in complex, ambiguous environments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a bias for collaboration and outcomes
• Familiarity with longitudinal care models, Specialty Care, EHR systems, or care coordination platforms is a plus
