Requirements
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for Mid-market and SMB advertiser, while managing the full ads commercial business, including enterprise advertisers, in non-core markets
- Lead efforts to unlock new markets by managing relationships with sales partners and resellers, ensuring Spotify’s ad products are effectively represented and scaled
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with sales partners and resellers to drive success in representing Spotify’s ad products in non-core markets
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners and Sales professionals, setting KPIs and driving team performance to achieve revenue targets
- Develop strategies to meet the needs of advertisers across the commercial spectrum, from SMB to enterprise clients in non-core markets
- Leverage cross-border advertising strategies to help businesses scale their reach beyond their home markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agency partners, acting as the primary point of contact for high-impact partnerships
- Define and implement a go-to-market approach that caters to advertisers of all sizes across diverse regional markets
- Stay informed on Spotify’s ad products, using this knowledge to drive product adoption and cross-sell opportunities for SMB, Mid-market, and enterprise advertisers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on and execute sales initiatives
