Job Description
Sparrow is a high-tech employee leave management solution company providing a 30-minute end-to-end experience for leave administration. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within integrations with HR information systems, payroll providers, and potentially state APIs, ensuring accurate payroll deductions and benefits calculations. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, fintech, benefits, healthcare, or a similarly data-intensive field.
- Experienced in API integrations and partner/vendor relationship management.
- Technically curious with schema understanding and workflow reasoning.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and high-ownership environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including cross-functional and partner-facing settings.
