Implementation Consultant - fully remote

Sowelo Consulting is seeking a Remote Implementation Consultant to deploy CRM configurations, project management platforms, automation workflows, API integrations, and AI-driven solutions within U.S. law firms. The consultant will analyze operational inefficiencies, design streamlined systems, and drive revenue growth by engaging with underperforming firms. The role offers flexibility and opportunities for international travel (US, Tokyo, Dubai, Bangkok).

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role involving systems implementation, consulting, or operational improvement
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and/or consulting, particularly with small to mid-sized enterprises
• Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
• Familiarity with Project Management and ERP platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or SAP
• Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience working with Generative AI technologies like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or DeepSeek
• Competence in data analysis and visualization tools such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Working knowledge of REST API integrations
