Job Description
Sowelo Consulting is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deploy CRM configurations, manage projects, and enhance business performance within U.S. law firms. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, designing streamlined systems, and driving revenue growth. The position offers a remote work environment with quarterly in-person meetings in global locations. Experience with automation platforms and generative AI is essential.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in systems implementation, consulting, or operational improvement
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and/or consulting
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive)
- Familiarity with Project Management and ERP platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, SAP)
- Proficiency with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Microsoft Power Platform)
- Experience with Generative AI technologies (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek)
- Fluency in English
