Job Description
The Office of Water Quality’s Compliance Assessment and Reporting Section is seeking an experienced Environmental Professional to compile, analyze, and interpret water quality and hydrologic data, ensuring compliance with environmental permits and standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment and possesses strong communication skills to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Requirements
- Prepare and contribute to annual permit compliance reports for South Florida Water Management District projects
- Perform water quality and hydrologic analyses, including nutrient load calculations
- Respond to time-sensitive requests for water quality and hydrologic data analysis
- Analyze and interpret water quality, surface water flow, stage, and rainfall data
