Job Description
Heavy equipment operator responsible for constructing, preserving, and maintaining ditches, canals, and levee systems. Operates various equipment such as loaders, dump trucks, graders, excavators, and boats. Inspects equipment and work sites for safety issues and adheres to safe work practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience operating and transporting heavy equipment
- Valid State of Florida Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker endorsement
- Forklift Operations Certification
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification
