Collections Specialist II

South Carolina Federal Credit Union is seeking a Collections Specialist II to join their team in North Charleston, SC. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Asset Protection management and team to control delinquency and minimize credit loss.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of similar or related collections experience within a financial services work environment
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
