Job Description
The Mid-Enterprise Account Executive, Healthcare sells SoundHound's conversational AI solutions to healthcare organizations, engaging with providers, payers, and technology partners to identify opportunities for patient engagement, clinical workflow streamlining, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales in the healthcare industry
- Record of selling complex software solutions to healthcare executives
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, including value-based care, health systems, and digital health innovation
- Strong knowledge of Contact Center tools and processes, including CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Five9, NICE, etc.)
- Experience with autonomic, cognitive, and analytic solutions that impact healthcare operations (preferred)
