Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in M&A integration, transformation, or large-scale program leadership within a technology, SaaS, or AI-driven company
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Demonstrated success leading complex integrations or transformation initiatives through the full lifecycle: planning, execution, stabilization, and optimization
- Proven experience developing and running governance models, KPIs, and dashboards for tracking integration and transformation impact
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with an astute ability to connect program execution to SoundHound's overall strategic and financial objectives
