The Enterprise Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with SoundHound AI’s most valued Enterprise clients, primarily in the restaurant industry. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where creativity, strategic thinking, and decisive action are not only encouraged but essential.

Requirements

• Manage and grow relationships with SoundHound AI’s top-tier Enterprise accounts, primarily within the restaurant sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact post-sales, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
• Oversee account health through ongoing reporting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic expansion planning.
• Partner with clients to identify and resolve platform-related issues, escalating internally when necessary.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the client experience and address high-priority escalations.
• Monitor industry trends and client business changes to proactively identify opportunities for upsell or product adoption.
• Support revenue and sales operations initiatives to drive account growth and retention.
• Develop trusting and deep relationships with our customers to ensure long-lasting partnerships
• Oversee all components post-sales, including but not limited to, reporting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and expansion opportunities
• Identify bugs and help solve existing problems
• Work cross-functionally to enhance each client’s overall experience and handle escalations
