On-Call Banquet Server

Sonesta Atlanta Airport North is seeking an associate to interact with guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining and meeting at the hotel. Banquet servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Set up for events, carry trays, serve guests and clean up at the event's conclusion
• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) at the beginning of each shift to ensure rooms are set as contracted
• Prepare rooms for use; adjusting lights, sound volumes and temperature as needed before guests arrive
