Solution SFT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work within a client project within the public sector in Quebec City. The role involves analyzing business needs and modeling IT solutions, ultimately contributing to the development of an IT solution that meets client needs. The position requires collaboration with the business architect and IT team and involves documenting processes and training materials.
Requirements
- Take knowledge of the documentation required to perform the task;
- Collect, define, analyze, document, and prioritize client needs;
- Collaborate with the business architect and the IT team to analyze and develop the solution;
- Present proposed solutions, their impacts and validate with users;
- Draft meeting minutes;
- Transmit decisions made to the IT team;
- Validate the documentation related to the solution;
- Ensure adherence to objectives and client needs by the development team;
- Raise high-level issues;
- Develop business processes to represent the solutions implemented in accordance with BPMN 2.0;
- Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations;
- Draft quotes and carry out testing;
- Participate in the development of the budget for testing materials;
- Monitor liaison with the different users in the project;
- Participate in the activities of implementation of the solution;
- Develop training materials and documentation;
- Develop or participate in the development of work instructions;
- Any other responsibility that falls within this level of intervention.
