Solution SFT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a project within the public sector in Québec. The role focuses on process analysis and IT solutions, involving requirements gathering, modelling, implementation, and validation. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with business architects and IT teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

• Have a university degree in the Faculty of Administration (Bachelor's degree)
• Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Have conducted, as a Business Analyst, three (3) mandates of at least 105 days each, each coming from three (3) different projects with at least 2,500 days-person each, following agile methodologies
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently.
