Job Description
Solink is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy as we scale from $50M+ to $200M+ in revenue. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader with a strong FP&A background, proven success scaling SaaS businesses, and experience navigating complex growth phases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior scale-up CFO experience
- Proven track record scaling SaaS or technology companies from ~$50M to $200M+ revenue
- Deep FP&A expertise with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Direct experience doing late stage fundraising (C/D/E) or public markets experience
- Strong command of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models
- Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, compliance frameworks, and audit oversight
- Inspirational leader with the ability to develop high-performing finance teams
