We're looking for a Director of Revenue Strategy and Analytics to lead a high-performing team of senior analysts and drive the analytical backbone of Solink's go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in revenue analytics, business operations, or strategy within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company.
- Advanced skills in data modeling, financial forecasting, and ROI analysis for pipeline and revenue.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing attribution tools.
- Deep understanding of GTM funnels, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics.
- Exceptional analytical rigor and the ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Strong communication skills—able to present findings and recommendations to executives with clarity and impact.
- Security Requirements: Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire; Be a Canadian or American Citizen, or eligible to work in Canada or the United States.
