Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Estimating/Sales position for a well-established contractor servicing builders and remodeling contractors. The role involves selling, estimating, and negotiating projects, primarily focusing on residential work. This position requires experience working in commercial and residential construction.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years estimating for new construction, especially labor costs.
- Experience in commercial and residential construction.
- Intermediate-level Excel and Outlook proficiency.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software is a plus.
