Job Description
Path Construction, a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in several locations, is seeking a qualified Estimator to join their team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction estimating experience, strong technical skills, and communication abilities, contributing to the company's future growth. The role involves estimating, managing bids, subcontractor relations, and ensuring high quality bid analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
- 3-5+ years experience in construction estimating
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Project)
- Self Perform experience
