Job Description
Solactive AG is a leading index provider seeking a Senior Associate for Fixed Income Index Management. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability of indices. The role involves data validation, analysis, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Academic degree in mathematics, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in fixed income, indexing, or financial data management
- Solid Python and SQL skills and experience working with large structured datasets
- Proven experience in data validation, reconciliation, and control-driven processes
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
- Ability to independently investigate issues and collaborate effectively with Data, IT, and Product teams
- Experience with financial data vendors (e.g., FactSet, Refinitiv, ICE) is an advantage
