(Senior) Product Designer (UX) – B2B SaaS (m/f/d)

We are a B2B social media SaaS scale-up and OMR market leader. We work remote-first in cross-functional product teams. This role is for a Senior Product Designer (UX) to make clear design decisions and stand behind them, actively prioritizing and deciding what not to build.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product / UX Designer in B2B SaaS
• End-to-end ownership of a product or feature area
• High decision maturity under uncertainty
• Strong conceptual thinking and solid execution
• Experience working closely with engineers
• Very confident using Figma
• Excellent English
