Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead our design team and shape the user experience of our new SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience, several years of product design experience, and hands-on experience with 0-to-1 product development. They will be responsible for defining UX strategy, leading research, ideation, prototyping, and design, as well as setting up and directing AI agents as part of the design and research process.

Requirements

• Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of product design experience, especially in complex B2B SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with 0-to-1 product development - designing products from scratch and delivering to real users
• Experience with AI tools for synthesis, ideation, and documentation
• Experience in working with or managing external UX research agencies and design partners
• Ability to design for scalability from day one, considering the overall product architecture beyond individual screens
• Experience in designing for AI-powered products or human-AI interaction patterns
• Ability to communicate and facilitate effectively across teams and stakeholders
