Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive end-to-end product design for web and mobile experiences, working in a highly collaborative and iterative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking, UX fundamentals, and solid UI craft, with experience running independent research and using data/insights to guide decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products
• Strong UX fundamentals (information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility)
• Comfortable running independent research and using data/insights to guide decisions
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage trade-offs, and make high-leverage decisions under constraints
• Real experience partnering with engineers (handoff, implementation collaboration, iterative delivery)
• Excellent communication: can explain complex decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping), and strong documentation habits
