Job Description
Social Finance is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional passionate about the social impact space, managing a fast-paced environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for the CEO. The position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, at least 3+ years as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or senior-level executive
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience providing direct support to an executive
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams; familiarity with CRM systems
- Highest commitment to ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
