Job Description
Smithbucklin, a 650-person, employee-owned professional services company, is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their Association Management Unit in Washington, D.C. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee client operations, including financial management, fundraising, and team supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, to include direct supervisory responsibilities
- Experience with budgets, financial reports, CMS platforms
- Demonstration of previous writing and editing experience
- Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite
