Job Description
Smithbucklin is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our Association Management team in Chicago. The successful candidate will provide operational oversight for all client activities, develop budgets and financial reports, and lead governance meetings. They will also provide direct leadership to the membership, operations, and education staff teams, and champion customer and member experience.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Direct supervisory responsibilities
- Experience with budgets, financial reports, and AMS/CMS platforms
- Demonstrated writing and editing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using project management platforms
