Corporate Banking Operations Vice President

We're looking for a Vice President for our Execution, Distribution and Limit Control Middle Office to join our team. The role involves operational subject matter expertise in loan, trade and derivative documentation, and supervisory responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the team.

Requirements

• Excellent experience in a financial services environment with exposure to syndicated loan markets
• Comprehensive knowledge of loan, trade and derivative documentation
• Previous experience in managing / supervising staff, providing day to day guidance and structured development plans
• An excellent understanding of standard Loan Market Association documentation
