Corporate Banking Operations Assistant Vice President responsible for supporting the Bank's Origination and Distribution teams in the execution and settlement of Trades relating to syndicated loan transactions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of syndicated loan markets and LMA documentation standards.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating legal documentation related to loan trading.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of trade settlement processes and operational risk controls.
