Job Description
The Service Desk & Desktop Support Technician will provide hardware & software support to colleagues onsite and across Europe. They will troubleshoot Windows 10 & 11 systems, maintain, upgrade and repair laptop hardware, and manage incoming support requests via ticketing system.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience with Active Directory administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server/Microsoft Exchange Online (Hybrid Environment)
- Basic knowledge of macOS & configuration
