Job Description
The Distribution Invoicing Coordination Specialist will manage and oversee outsourced distribution invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness, while serving as the key point of contact between the vendor and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in invoicing, distribution, finance operations, or vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to dispute resolution
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems is an advantage
