Job Description
This position is for a Project Manager at a rapidly growing construction and real estate company. The role involves leading technical building equipment on construction projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements
- Completed study in building engineering, electrical engineering, architecture, or an equivalent qualification
- Numerous years of experience in the TGA project management in building construction or complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of VOB, HOAI as well as in the building contract law
- Independent, structured and problem-oriented working method
- Negotiating skills, organizational ability and teamwork
- Secure handling of MS Office and industry-specific software (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Project, Orca AVA)
