Job Description
This is a permanent full-time position for a Housing Construction Project Manager, located in Stuttgart and potentially Munich (remote). Requirements
- Completed study in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in managing projects in turnkey housing
- Solid knowledge of VOB, HOAI and relevant building law regulations
- Structured and solution-oriented working method
- Confident use of MS Office and AVA/Project Accounting software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
