Senior Software QA Engineer

Sitecore is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to design and implement automated testing solutions for its geo-distributed microservice-based system. The role involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts, designing and implementing API security testing, and collaborating with development teams to improve software reliability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C#.NET for automation scripting and test development
• Experience with databases, including testing relational or NoSQL solutions for data integrity
• Hands-on knowledge of Git, including version control fundamentals for test scripts
• Strong understanding of unit, integration and end to end testing, using frameworks like NUnit or XUnit
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly testing containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Comfort using development tools such as Visual Studio, VSCode, Resharper, GitHub Copilot or equivalent
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with developers, product owners, and team members
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous test automation improvements
