Job Description
Manage daily operations for a large geographic region of the US, mentor and coach schedulers or dispatchers, ensure excellent customer service, and implement process improvements to positively impact efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- University/college degree preferred
- Excel skills preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Access skills preferred
- Strong written and oral communication
- Analytical – understanding of rev. expense margin, basic math (calculate weight, density, CWT, rates, etc), data-based problem solving
- Basic knowledge of country geography
- Organization – time management, setting priorities, multi-tasking, deadline oriented
- Teamwork and ability to work with different cultures
- Results-oriented
- Computer skills – mainframe experience a plus, Microsoft Office and Outlook, Excel and Access proficient
