International Moving Support Specialist role involves general support functions for International Moving Services Operations, including shipment tracing, customer service, documentation handling, and cost containment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Well organized
- Detail Oriented
- Goal Oriented
- Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment where work direction will be provided by multiple people (Matrix Environment)
- 1-2 Years of customer service or transportation experience preferred
- High school diploma required
- Undergraduate degree preferred
