Job Description
Join the Workforce Transformation team to accelerate AI adoption in priority business units through forward-deployed enablement. As a Learning & Development Intern, you'll work closely with AI Academy and business stakeholders to deliver AI transformation, change adoption, and learning product delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in a relevant field
- Strong writing and synthesis skills
- Comfortable facilitating small group discussions and engaging stakeholders professionally
- Curious about AI and eager to learn how it's used in real business workflows
- Organized and reliable: can manage tasks, versions, and timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot/ChatGPT) and advanced prompting concepts
- Advanced data skills (Excel/Sheets; simple dashboards; survey tools)
