Job Description
Join Singtel's Workforce Transformation team as a Learning & Development Intern and accelerate AI adoption in priority business units. Work closely with AI Academy and business stakeholders to develop enablement assets and support deployments.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in a relevant field (Business, HR, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, Data/AI-related disciplines).
- Strong writing and synthesis skills—can turn messy input into clear, practical guidance.
- Comfortable facilitating small group discussions and engaging stakeholders professionally.
- Curious about AI and eager to learn how it’s used in real business workflows.
- Organized and reliable: can manage tasks, versions, and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot/ChatGPT) and advanced prompting concepts.
- Advanced data skills (Excel/Sheets; simple dashboards; survey tools).
