REMOTE - Business Development Representative (Outbound New Business)

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate new pipelines by identifying organizations that need what we offer, getting decision-makers on the phone, and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

Requirements

• 2+ years as an SDR/BDR at a B2B SaaS company in an outbound-focused role
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota through cold outreach
• Experience generating new business pipeline (not managing existing accounts)
• Strong phone skills and ability to qualify prospects quickly
• Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar tools

Benefits

• Paid salary range: $55,000 - $70,000
