The successful candidate will be part of the Inflight Entertainment Department within our Customer Experience Division, with responsibilities including monitoring IFE condition and performance, supporting user testing, and ensuring sufficient inventory and smooth operations for headsets and related items.

- Able to work independently, self-driven, and communicate well with various stakeholders
