Job Description
The Single Adult Program Manager develops and implements strategies for resident stability and community building at multiple housing support projects in Hennepin County and Anoka County. Provides leadership and supervision to a team dedicated to providing case management services to residents and manages the daily affairs and overall program operation serving low-income individuals who have a history of mental health, chemical dependency, and housing instability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Social Work, Human Services or Community Development
- Four years’ work experience in social service positions
- At least 2 years in administration, management, and supervision
- Ability to build, lead, and evaluate effective program teams
- Ability to be decisive and effective under pressure and maintain composure in crisis situations
