Sikich is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive growth across our Insurance Technology practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance workflows, underwriting, and policy administration systems, as well as a consultative selling style and a deep network across MGAs, carriers, brokers, and insurance technology vendors.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development for technology consulting or software vendors
- Proven success selling professional services, SaaS implementations, or insurtech solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, underwriting, bordereaux, and policy administration systems
- Deep network across MGAs, carriers, brokers, and insurance technology vendors
- Consultative, solution-oriented selling style with the ability to navigate multi-threaded enterprise deals
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
