QMS Delivery Lead

The QMS Delivery Lead will lead the delivery of TrackWise or equivalent QMS solution implementations, manage planning, development, and implementation of TrackWise and TrackWise Digital projects on the Salesforce platform, and serve as the primary consultant interfacing with clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of TrackWise or similar QMS experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience leading the delivery in the Life Sciences, biotech and/or pharmaceutical industries
• Strong understanding of regulated industry requirements, including GxP, FDA, and other global quality standards
• Expertise in quality process areas such as CAPA, deviations, complaints, change control and audits
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or large scale global implementations
• Understanding of Agile or similar development methodologies
• Preferred Salesforce Admin certification (ADM 201) or higher
