Sikich is seeking an experienced NetSuite Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance to our clients, helping them maximize the value of their NetSuite ERP systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years NetSuite support experience
- BS, preferably in business, accounting, or IT related field
- Accounting or financial systems background required
- Expertise with approval workflows, electronic payments, Fixed Assets, Deferred Revenue preferred
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite accounting & distribution modules preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Consulting experience is strongly preferred
- NetSuite certifications a plus
